Anthony Capozzoli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Anthony started their career in 2005 as a Night Supervisor & Merge Operator at Centrex Distributors. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a General Manager at United Mason & Chimney. In 2013, they joined Restaurant Associates as a Safety Director and later took on additional roles such as a RA COVID-19 Safety Czar and Safety Czar. In 2022, they became the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Restaurant Associates, where they focus on quality assurance and new account openings.
Anthony Capozzoli has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Operations Management from Johnson & Wales University. Anthony also holds additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and a Food Protection Manager Certification from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Anthony is expected to obtain their PMP certification and a 35 Contact Hour Certificate in Project Management Professional Training in 2023.
