Simon Wilkinson

Simon Wilkinson has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Simon is currently serving as the Head of Operations for Restaurant Associates since July 2022. Prior to this, Simon worked as a Senior General Manager at Restaurant Associates from January 2022 to June 2022. Simon has also held the position of General Manager at various companies, including Ch and Co from 2019 to 2022, Kudos Hospitality, Crown Partnership at the Harrogate International Centre from 2015 to 2018, St James's Hotels in 2014, Forestdale Hotels / Akkeron Hotels from 2013 to 2014, Goldsborough Hall from 2013 to 2013, Forestdale Hotels / Akkeron Hotels from 2012 to 2013, and Akkeron Hotels from 2008 to 2012. During their time at Akkeron Hotels, Simon worked as an Operations Manager.

Simon Wilkinson obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Hospitality and Catering Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completing their education from 2000 to 2004.
