Colin Blair

Colin Blair has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities. Colin began their career as a Developer for the Director's office at Brigham Young University. Colin then worked as a Web Development Intern and SharePoint Developer/Implementation Specialist for the BYU Office of Information Technology. Colin also interned at USAA as a JAVA developer on the Investment Management Company Team. Colin gained further experience as an IT Risk Assurance Intern at EY, where they worked with clients on IT audit needs. Colin later joined EY's IT Risk Assurance team as a full-time member, providing assurance over IT processes and controls. Colin then joined Restaurant365, starting as an Implementation Manager and later transitioning to roles such as Dean of the R365 Academy, Customer Enablement Manager, and Senior Manager in Customer Success Systems and Enablement. Their responsibilities included enhancing customer learning experiences, improving processes and tools, and managing various operations tools. Colin's most recent position at Restaurant365 was Director of Customer Enablement, where they proactively improved processes and tools for the implementation, support, and customer success teams. Colin also served as the Gainsight and Pendo Administrator, managing these customer success tools. Overall, Colin has a strong background in IT risk assurance, customer success systems, and implementation management.

Colin Blair completed their education at Brigham Young University from 2009 to 2014. Colin earned a Master's degree in Information Systems Management (MISM) with a focus on Management Information Systems, General. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services during the same period. Colin Blair also holds two certifications, including the Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3) and the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1), both obtained in May 2022.
