Victor Bous has held a variety of marketing roles since 2015. Victor began their career as an Online Marketing Specialist at Mobilunity in 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of Digital Marketing Specialist at Upwork and Inbound Marketing Team Lead at payever. In 2018, they joined Restream as Head Of Marketing, and later took on the roles of Product Marketing Manager and Performance Marketing Manager.

Victor Bous obtained a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the National Aviation University between 2011 and 2016. In August 2016, they obtained a Inbound Certification from HubSpot and a Digital Workshop certification from Google. In November 2021, they obtained a Growth Series certification from Reforge, and in April 2022, they obtained a Growth Marketing certification from Reforge. Finally, in September 2022, they obtained a Retention + Engagement certification from Reforge.
