Rhea Ravula has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rhea started their career in 2004 as an HR Junior Executive at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of B School Consultant, where they were responsible for recruitment and analysis.

In 2006, Rhea joined Cingular as a Business Analyst, involved in requirements gathering and proposing solutions. Rhea then moved to Verizon in 2007, where they worked as a Business Analyst, contributing to process reengineering and defining user and system requirements.

From 2008 to 2011, Rhea worked at Chesapeake Energy as a Datawarehouse Analyst, responsible for data migration and mapping. In 2012, they joined the University of California, San Diego as a Business Analyst, participating in application migration and enhancement projects.

Rhea joined Qualcomm in 2014 as a Business Process Analyst, tracking resource utilization and refining project management processes. Rhea worked closely with technical engineers and presented analyzed data using reporting tools.

In 2015, Rhea briefly worked at San Diego Gas & Electric as a Senior Business Analyst before joining ReTech Labs, Inc. Rhea held various positions there, including Senior Manager - Customer Success, Director - Customer Success, and currently serves as the Senior Director - Customer Success. Rhea'sresponsibilities entail driving customer success initiatives and overseeing teams.

Throughout their career, Rhea has demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills, collaborating with diverse teams and successfully delivering products and improvements.

Rhea Ravula holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from the University of Sydney. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Application from Osmania University.
