Axel Hamel has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they began their career as a Business Development Intern at Talend, where they prospecting leads, collaborated and competed within the SDR team, and handled team lead responsibilities. In the same year, they also joined SV Academy as a Business Development Fellow, where they underwent rigorous training in sales methodologies, sales tools, and EQ challenges.

Axel then moved on to Skedulo in 2018, working as an Enterprise Business Development representative. In this role, they created targeted account-based marketing strategies, established high call and email volumes, researched and built targeted accounts, and facilitated opportunity meetings with mid-market and enterprise organizations.

From 2019 to 2022, Axel worked at SimplyInsured as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Business Operations Manager. During their time there, they focused on managing customer success and ensuring smooth business operations.

In 2022, Axel joined Snappy Kraken as a Revenue Operations Manager, responsible for managing revenue operations within the company. After that, in 2023, they joined Retention.com in the same role of Revenue Operations Manager.

Axel Hamel has a Bachelor's Degree in Specialized Studies with a focus on International Operations and an International Business Certificate from Ohio University. Axel has also obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in April 2023 and as a Hubspot Certified Administrator from HubSpot in February 2023.
