Sharon C.

Sharon C. has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries. Sharon is currently working at Retention.com as a Senior Manager in Client Success, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Client Success Manager at Retention.com from November 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Retention.com, Sharon worked at Wishlist, where they held various roles. Sharon began as a Business Development Associate in February 2020 and transitioned to a Client Success Manager in July 2020. In November 2021, they were promoted to Lead Client Success Manager, a position they held until October 2022. Their responsibilities at Wishlist included onboarding new clients, implementing products, and ensuring client success through data tracking and engagement management.

Sharon also has experience in project management and sales at Artemis Vision. From November 2018 to February 2020, they served as a Project Manager and Sales representative. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Writer and Marketing Director from November 2016 to November 2018.

In 2015, Sharon worked as a Project and Events Coordinator at Critical Path Group, where they were responsible for coordinating and managing projects and events. Before that, they gained experience as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Keane Group from June 2014 to February 2015.

Sharon's early career includes a role as a Food Services Aide at Alberta Health Services from October 2008 to May 2012, and a Special Events Intern at Easter Seals Alberta from May 2011 to September 2011.

Sharon C. completed their high school education at St. Mary's Senior High School from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism at Mount Royal University from 2008 to 2012. After completing their undergraduate studies, Sharon enrolled in the University of Calgary from 2012 to 2015 to further their education in Public Relations Management courses.
