Director Of Community Engagement at Rethink First

Erin Mayberry, BCBA, LBA has had a diverse work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Their journey began in 2007 as an ABA Therapist at Early Autism Project, Inc. Erin then progressed to roles such as Lead Therapist, Paraprofessional, and ABA therapist in various organizations. In 2013, they served as a Behavior Analyst at ABACS, LLC and later as a Trainer/Consultant at QBS Inc. Their career advanced further as they took on the role of Intensive Practicum Supervisor at Simmons College in 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Community Engagement at Rethink First since 2018. Throughout their career, Erin has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of ABA.

Erin Mayberry earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2009. Erin went on to obtain a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University in 2013. Additionally, they became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in September 2013 through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
