Ron Jones

Ron Jones has a diverse work experience across various industries. Ron is currently the Director of Operations at Revenue Enterprises, LLC, where they are leading the company's digital transformation and supporting the creation of a people transformation program. Previously, Ron served as the Managing Principal at Atrotus Group, where they focused on transforming organizations in the areas of people, processes, and digital. Ron also held the role of COO at The VirtualBPO, leading its expansion and utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide global customer service solutions. Ron has also worked at General Motors, eBay, ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, Monster, and Microsoft in various leadership roles within customer service and operations management.

Ron Jones has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wyoming. Ron also obtained a Graduate Certification in Executive Leadership and Strategic Planning from the Singapore Institute of Management.
