Saarah Ahmad Shaikh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client success and customer support across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Client Success at Reward Gateway since March 2024, Saarah previously held the position of SVP of Global Customer Success & Support at PowerReviews, overseeing the post-sale client journey during the company's acquisition by 1WorldSync in August 2023. Starting at PowerReviews as VP of Customer Success, Saarah progressed from Senior Director to Manager of Client Success, implementing retention strategies and exceeding retention goals. Prior experience includes roles at FactSet, where responsibilities ranged from managing complex accounts to enhancing client engagement through strategic initiatives.
