William Whyte

William Whyte has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Software Engineer at Reward since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Pega Developer at Aflac Northern Ireland from March 2020 to April 2023. From August 2017 to March 2020, they served as a Customer Service Staff at W5 Belfast. William gained experience in supervisory roles as a Supervisor at Centra from January 2017 to June 2017, and as a Sales Floor Team Member from September 2013 to June 2017. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer from June 2012 to January 2013.

William Whyte obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Applied Cyber Security from Queen's University Belfast from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Software Development at the same university from 2018 to 2019. Their undergraduate education was a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Queen's University Belfast, which they completed from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their academic qualifications, William has earned several certifications. William obtained the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2023. In April 2021, they achieved the Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification from Pegasystems and the Certified System Architect (CSA) certification from the same institution in January 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the Foundations of Software Testing certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in February 2020.
