Robert Navarro

Robert Navarro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert began their career as a Printing Technician at UBUILDABOOK, LLC in April 2009 and worked there until October 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they transitioned to a Store Manager role at Fossil, where they focused on recruiting and developing a productive store team, achieving sales goals, and implementing new merchandise handling programs. In 2013, Navarro joined Target as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources until October 2016. At Target, they utilized their human resources expertise to contribute to the success of the organization. Then, Navarro worked as a Human Capital Generalist at Reyes Beverage Group from October 2016 to July 2017. Robert was subsequently promoted to Human Capital Manager and held that title until December 2020. Navarro's most recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at Reyes Beverage Group, which they started in December 2020. Throughout their career, Navarro has showcased their skills in human resources management and demonstrated their commitment to teamwork and achieving organizational goals.

Robert Navarro obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in History from Oxnard College in 2010. Robert then continued their education at California State University Channel Islands, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History in 2012. Robert is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at National University, which they expect to complete by 2023.
