Jeet Thomas

Jeet Thomas is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jeet held the position of Head Chef at The Doyle Collection from July 2021 to January 2022 and was also Head Chef at rhubarb food from November 2015 to July 2021. Earlier in the career, Jeet gained valuable experience as Senior Sous Chef at Ladurée Paris, Harrods from September 2007 to November 2015, and worked as Chef De Partie at Compass Group and Aramark Refreshment Services, as well as at The Ritz London from January 2005 to January 2006. Jeet began the culinary journey as demi chef de partie at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts from February 2004 to April 2005.
