Gilbert Tordjman

Gilbert Tordjman has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Gilbert is currently serving as the Chief Operating and Development Officer at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. In this role, they aim to provide strategic and administrative leadership to maximize the economic and social impact of research projects and explore new growth opportunities.

Prior to their current position, Tordjman held the role of Vice President - Administration and Finance at the Montreal Clinical Research Institute, where they oversaw various departments and contributed to the institute's expansion. Gilbert also served as the Executive Director of Advancement Services at Concordia University, where they played a crucial role in leading advancement initiatives.

Tordjman had earlier experiences as the Vice-président, Affaires administratives at the Fonds de la recherche en santé du Québec, where they managed the operational and financial aspects of an organization that funded academic health research. Gilbert has also worked as the Director of Finance and Administration at Concordia University, as well as in various financial management roles at the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation and the Jewish General Hospital.

Before their career in the healthcare and academic sectors, Tordjman worked as an accountant at Friedman & Friedman accountants. Through their various roles, they have demonstrated skills in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership.

Gilbert Tordjman attended Concordia University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.
