Gilbert Tordjman has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Gilbert is currently serving as the Chief Operating and Development Officer at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. Gilbert has also worked as the Director of Finance and Administration at Concordia University, as well as in various financial management roles at the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation and the Jewish General Hospital.

Before their career in the healthcare and academic sectors, Tordjman worked as an accountant at Friedman & Friedman accountants. Through their various roles, they have demonstrated skills in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership.
