Moran Alon

Moran Alon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Moran started their career at Talia Technology Ltd in 2002 as a Human Resources and Administration Manager, where they worked until 2007. Moran then joined AMS - Innovative Compliance as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2009. Following that, Moran worked at bwin.party digital entertainment as an HR Business Partner from 2009 to 2014. Moran then joined ECI Telecom as the VP of Global Sales & Marketing HR, a role they held from 2014 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Moran worked as the VP HR of Global Technology Division at ECI Telecom. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR IP Optical Business Unit at Ribbon Communications, where they started in September 2020.
