Francesca LaRosa

Francesca joined Richmond Community Services in March of 2018. Francesca has over 12 years of experience working in not-for-profit settings; her background has been in the long-term care field. Francesca is a graduate of Empire State College with a BS degree in Human Resource Management and a graduate of Touro University Worldwide with a MA degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate from the HR Certification Institute and Senior Certified Professional Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). In her spare time, Francesca enjoys volunteering at local animal shelters.
