Kalee-Marie Fox

Kalee-Marie Fox has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Kalee-Marie is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Richmond Pharmacology since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at QA Ltd as the Head of Learning Excellence from April 2021 to August 2023, and as the Head of National Training from August 2019 to April 2021. Before joining QA Ltd, they were the Regional Skills Coach Manager at QA from June 2018 to August 2019. Kalee-Marie also has a strong background in training and management, having served as the Learning and Development Team Manager, Training and Quality Manager, and Childcare Tutor/Internal Quality Assurance at Hawk Training from August 2010 to June 2018. Kalee-Marie began their career as a Family Support Worker at Sunrise Children's Centre from August 2009 to August 2010.

From 2004 to 2007, Kalee-Marie Fox attended The Open University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences.
