Mr Ashley Govender

Mr. Ashley Govender has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mr Ashley began their career in 2002 with their own private nurse practice, specializing in psychiatry and mental health with a focus on rehabilitating clients with psychiatric diagnoses. In 2013, they founded AC Govender Consulting, where they provided mentoring and coaching to individuals and businesses in achieving sustainable profitability and socioeconomic solutions in the healthcare field. In 2015, Mr. Govender joined Right to Care as a Quality Improvement Mentor, utilizing collaborative processes to improve systems and indicators impacting the overall performance of organizations like the Department of Correctional Services and Right to Care itself. Mr Ashley then moved on to become an Area Operations Manager and Quality Improvement Coach for the FSNC, responsible for operational management and quality improvement activities.
