Paul Mudzwiti has a diverse work experience history. Paul started their career as a Volunteer Peer Educator at Students Partnership Worldwide USA (SPWUSA) from January 2009 to August 2009, and then continued as a Volunteer Peer Educator at Restless Development from January 2011 to August 2011.

In 2012, Paul worked as a Cashier at Cargill from May 2012 to September 2013, and also served as a Radio Presenter at Blue Sky FM Radio from September 2012 to December 2012.

Paul then transitioned to the role of Warehouse Manager at One Acre Fund from September 2017 to December 2017.

Paul's entry into the healthcare sector began in 2016, when they became a Families Matter! Consultant at The Expanded Church Response to HIV/AIDS Trust. Paul was responsible for mobilizing parents/caregivers for enrollment in the Families Matter!/DREAMS Initiative project, training parents/caregivers as Sexuality Education trainers, and collaborating with Community Based Organizations to support and monitor activities. Paul'stenure lasted from May 2016 to February 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Paul worked as a Professional Counselor at Right to Care, providing counseling services.

Currently, Paul Mudzwiti is employed as a Strategic Information Associate at Right to Care, starting in March 2019. Paul'sresponsibilities include updating patient records into Smartcare, compiling monthly reports, and utilizing the Smart Care database.

In August 2022, Paul briefly took on the role of Hub M&E Paeds Surge Coordinator at Right to Care, focused on maintaining RTCZ M&E systems, designing and expanding data tools for the central M&E unit, and developing an M&E work plan for the program.

Paul Mudzwiti's education history begins in 2018 when they obtained a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from The University of Zambia. In 2019-2020, they pursued a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at Centre4eLearning. Continuing their education, from 2021 to 2022, they attended the School of Business and Trade, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences.

Afterwards, Paul Mudzwiti enrolled at Africa Research University, where they pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Development Studies from 2023 to 2025.

In addition to their academic achievements, Paul Mudzwiti obtained two additional certifications. In October 2016, they received a certification from Alison, an institution offering various educational courses. Furthermore, in December 2021, they acquired a certification in Data Analysis with Tables and PivotTables in Microsoft Excel from Alison - Empower Yourself.
