Tshepo Makgatho🇿🇦

Tshepo Makgatho has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They have recently worked at Right to Care, starting in August 2021 as a Human Resources Manager and subsequently being promoted to Divisional HR Manager in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MBH as a Human Resources Manager from April 2020 to July 2021.

Tshepo also has experience at Aseda Consulting, where they held the position of HR Manager from May 2016 to March 2020. In this role, they provided HR support throughout the business, developed and implemented HR policies, and supported managers in handling employee complaints and concerns.

Before joining Aseda Consulting, they worked at Ipsos South Africa as an HR Business Partner from September 2012 to April 2016, and at Synovate as an HR Administrator from October 2010 to August 2012. Prior to their HR roles, Tshepo worked at TWP Sudamerica as a Document Controller from November 2007 to October 2009. In this position, they were responsible for generating and controlling project documents and ensuring compliance with document procedures.

Tshepo Makgatho attended Regent Business School from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2014, Tshepo attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and focused on Labor and Industrial Relations. In 2002 to 2004, they completed a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General at Damelin. Additionally, Tshepo obtained a Certificate in Quality Management from SABS.

Tshepo has also acquired various additional certifications. In September 2021, they completed the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop offered by DDI | Development Dimensions International. In November 2020, they became a member of the South African Board for People Practice. Tshepo also holds certifications in Employee Self Service and Employment Equity from Sage. Furthermore, they have obtained certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Implementer - Quality Certification from the South African Bureau of Standards, and as an Oracle Sales Performance Management Cloud Service 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist from Sage. Finally, Tshepo has a certification in Skills Development from Sage, although specific details of when and where it was obtained are not provided.
