Nick Bailey

Nick Bailey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in software support and IT services across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Acting Regional General Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Rimini Street, Nick is responsible for leading business operations and driving sales growth. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at Rimini Street, Senior Client Partner at EPI-USE, and Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific & Japan at WorkForce Software, where Nick championed cloud workforce management solutions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Oracle, LiveHire, Chandler Macleod Group, Grant Thornton Australia, Talent Intelligence, Korn/Ferry Futurestep, and Compuware. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology and Biology from the University of Southampton.
