Rieder Sebastian

Sebastian Rieder has extensive work experience in the sports media industry. Rieder most recently held the position of Head Video Sport at Ringier AG since January 2019. Prior to that, they served as Deputy Head of Sports at Tamedia AG from August 2018 to January 2019. Sebastian also worked at 20 Minuten as Deputy Head of Sports for two years, from December 2016 to August 2018. Rieder started their career in sports journalism at Newsnetz AG c/o Tamedia AG in August 2011 and worked there as a Sports Reporter and Video Journalist until December 2016. Before entering the media industry, Sebastian spent six years at UBS as a Universal Banker from August 1997 to August 2003.

Sebastian Rieder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kommunikation, Journalismus und verbundene Programme from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
