Paula Scholl, MBA, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Paula currently holds the position of Senior Manager, People & Culture at RIVA Solutions, Inc. Prior to this role, Paula served as Human Resources Director & Chief of Staff to the CEO at TI Verbatim Consulting (TIVC). With experience in various HR roles at companies such as Hilldrup, BoatUS, and WilmerHale, Paula has honed their skills in management development programs, employee and leadership development, and professional development. Paula holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organization & Leadership Development from the University of Mary Washington.
