Max Sirlin

Service Support Field Advisor at Rivian

Max Sirlin is currently serving as a Service Support Field Advisor at Rivian since January 2024. Prior to this role, Max gained extensive experience at Revel from June 2020 to January 2024, advancing from CX Associate to CX Team Lead and finally to CX Shift Supervisor. Max also worked at National Credit and Screening Co., LLC as the IT and Background Check Coordinator from January 2015 to June 2020. The entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated while founding and presiding over Capitol Food Recovery, a student-led initiative at The George Washington University that addresses food waste by redistributing surplus food to those in need within the DC community. Earlier experience includes a volunteer role as Digital Coordinator at Health Leads from September 2012 to September 2013. Max pursued higher education at The George Washington University - School of Business from 2012 to 2014 and is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland since September 2022.
