Ryan Sand

Ryan Sand is currently working as an Executive Chef at RIVIERA DINING GROUP since September 2023. Prior to their current position, Ryan held similar roles at Major Food Group, Hogsalt, Private Family Residence, Peas & Carrots Hospitality, Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, and Blue Hill At Stone Barns. Ryan also gained experience working at The Dinex Group - Chef Daniel Boulud and Cafe Boulud NYC. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management and a BPS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
