John D. Porcari

John D. Porcari is a strategic advisor at RoadBotics and a former Deputy Secretary/Chief Operating Officer at the United States Department of Transportation. John has also served as Vice President for Administration and Finance at the University of Maryland, Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation, and Port & Supply Chain Envoy at the White House. In addition to their work in the public sector, Porcari has also been an operating partner at Corsair Capital and a secretary at The Equity in Infrastructure Project.

John D. Porcari received a Master of Public Administration from Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affair and Policy at State University of New York at Albany. John also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dayton and a New York State Regent's Diploma from The Aquinas Institute in Rochester, New York.
