Randell Iwasaki

Randell Iwasaki is a transportation leader with over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector. Randell is currently a Strategic Advisor at RoadBotics, a company that provides communities with data-driven decisions about their roads and infrastructure. Prior to their current role, Iwasaki served as the Executive Director of the Contra Costa Transportation Authority, where they administered the 1/2 percent sales tax for Contra Costa and delivered all of the transportation improvement projects on the State Highway System in Contra Costa. Randell also served as Chair of the National Freight Advisory Committee and as a member of the ITS Program Advisory Committee.

Randell Iwasaki has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fresno. Randell is also a Professional Engineer (PE) in California and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
