Anthony Waiguru's work experience is as follows:

- Roamtech Solutions Limited: Acting CTO since April 2023. Previously worked as Technical Lead Infrastructure from November 2022 until April 2023.

- Software Group: Team Lead - Platform Services and DevOps from June 2022 until November 2022. Prior to that, worked as a DevOps Engineer from July 2020 until June 2022, and as an L2 Support Engineer from November 2015 until July 2020.

- Opportunity Shared Services: T24 Core Banking Application Specialist from July 2014 until November 2015. Responsible for providing T24 core banking support to Opportunity International's 8 owned financial institutions in Africa.

- Opportunity International: Applications Administrator and Developer from October 2010 until July 2014. Involved in system and applications administration, programming, and database management.

- CYMAP Business Solutions: Applications Administrator from 2009 until 2011. Also worked as a Software Developer from August 2009 until September 2010.

Anthony Waiguru completed their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in September 2020, ITIL from PEOPLECERT Group in January 2013, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate from Microsoft in September 2021.
