Jamie Robertson

Jamie Robertson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jamie is currently serving as the CEO of Roasting Plant Coffee, where they implement automation to make freshly brewed specialty coffee more accessible. Prior to this, Jamie was the CEO of Roasting Plant Coffee UK, overseeing operations in London. Jamie also worked as the CEO of Ridgeback Consulting Group SA Switzerland, providing strategic consultation and leadership coaching to organizations of varying sizes and sectors. Before that, Jamie held the position of CEO Sub-Saharan Africa at Odgers Berndtson South Africa, a top global executive search firm specializing in finding top-level executives for blue-chip organizations. Jamie started their career as a Partner at Odgers Berndtson and later worked as a Manager at Michael Page.
