Mary Claire Talbot

Mary Claire Talbot has extensive experience in library services, currently serving as a Librarian at Greece Public Library since July 2011, where supervision includes a team of four Senior Library Assistants. Noteworthy accomplishments include creating the "Read Across the States" reading program and initiating community-focused coding and technology programs. Previously, Mary Claire was a Library Assistant at Chili Public Library from 2003 to 2011, where contributions included developing an American Girl book club and launching an annual Teen Photo Contest. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Lockheed Martin from 1987 to 1992, focusing on budgeting and financial forecasting. Mary Claire holds a Master of Library & Information Science from PennWest Clarion, a Master's degree in Finance from Loyola University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Virginia Tech.
