Prem Kumar Lohani

Prem Kumar Lohani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Prem Kumar is currently employed at Rockport Networks as a FPGA Verification Engineer. Prior to that, they also held the same role at Rockport Networks Inc. from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Rockport, Prem worked at BTA Design Services Inc. as a Senior Engineer from 2019 to 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Synopsys Inc. where they were involved in the development and verification of HBM VIP. Prem also has experience as a VLSI Engineer at Whizchip Design Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked on the verification of various memory protocols. Prem Kumar started their career as a Marketing Executive at Crompton Greaves Limited, where they marketed transformers and supported sales of medium and high voltage switchgear products.

Prem Kumar Lohani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electrical & Electronics from Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology, Bangalore, during the period of 2003-2007. Prem Kumar then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in VLSI System Design and Verification from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2011 to 2013.
