Ekaterina Kurbatova

Ekaterina Kurbatova is an experienced professional in quality assurance and support, currently serving as the Head of QA and Support at ROKO Labs since June 2015. In this role, Ekaterina collaborates with Development and Product managers to estimate testing efforts and develop release schedules, while also creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and metrics for various projects. Additionally, Ekaterina has standardized QA processes across teams and has been responsible for hiring, training, and supervising software quality assurance staff members, along with performing functional testing on multiple projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Contractor at Aramark and LPL Financial, as well as serving as Software Test Manager at EPAM Systems and working as a Contractor at Thomson Reuters. Ekaterina holds a degree from Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky, completed between 1992 and 1997.
