Mary Lee Olson is currently the Talent at Rollbar. Prior to that, they were the VP of Talent Acquisition at Beepi from January 2015 to January 2016. Olson joined Beepi shortly after the Company secured $80M in funding.

At Beepi, Olson led cross-country hiring efforts for multiple positions/roles including vehicle inspectors and other titles. Mary established organizational objectives and developed, implemented, and enforced Company policies, systems, and procedures, in tandem with executive staff. Olson also directed day-to-day operations of a team of six titles and provided ongoing leadership, direction, coaching, and support. In addition, they utilized metrics and analytics to optimize processes and maximize individual and team performance. Mary also identified local, sub-regional, regional, and national labor market trends regarding available qualified candidate pools, retention issues, hiring trends, new grad strategies, etc. and integrated findings into effective recruitment plans.

Some of Olson's notable accomplishments at Beepi include hiring 168 people within one calendar year (68 above Company goal), designing and launching college and veteran recruiting programs to sustain long-term hiring, and supporting the skill development of the team (including transitioning three direct reports into high-producing recruiter roles).

Mary Lee Olson has a D&I Certificate from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business, and a Professional Coaching Certificate from the Coaches Training Institute.
