Shauna Waldron

Shauna Waldron has a strong work history with experience in various industries. Shauna is currently working at Roots Automation as a Senior Sales Development representative. In this role, they are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the insurance, financial services, and healthcare sectors. Prior to this, Shauna worked at Compliancy Group as a Business Development representative, where they played a key role in introducing their services to new clients. Shauna also served as a Market Educator, providing education and training to clients on compliance regulations. In the past, Shauna has worked in the service industry, holding positions such as Server at Mac's Steakhouse, Assistant Spa Manager at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, and Customer Service Representative/Shift Lead at 7-Eleven. Shauna Waldron attended SUNY New Paltz from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Sociology and Criminology. Shauna obtained additional certifications such as an Executive Certificate in Channel Account Management (CAM 101) from CompTIA in January 2021, a Notary Public certification from New York State in April 2017, and HIPAA 101 Training certification from Compliancy Group in April 2021.
