Meghan Batstone

Meghan Batstone has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Meghan began their career as an Office Manager at Katzoff & Riggs in 1999. Later, they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Paul Hastings, where they handled HR operations for two offices and oversaw the opening of a new location. Following this, Batstone served as a Human Resources Manager at Winston & Strawn LLP, managing the HR operations for 180 employees and executing philanthropic and political initiatives. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Principal Consultant at OPAL Advising, providing counsel to various client groups on operational and HR strategies and overseeing the communications services team. Currently, Batstone holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Ropes & Gray LLP, where they lead strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with firm leadership, practice groups, and support teams.

Meghan Batstone obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and African American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley from 1998 to 2001. In 2017, they also obtained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
