Robert Felber (Rob)

Robert "Rob" Felber is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, sales engineering, and project management. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer and Customer Success Manager at Rosetta Stone since January 2021, Rob is responsible for implementing language programs and ensuring client engagement. Prior roles include Team Leader E&E Support and Bi-Lingual CSR/TSR for the Rosetta Stone account at transcosmos Information Systems Ltd from March 2014 to October 2020, where Rob provided application support and maintained high customer service standards. With a solid foundation in operations management from UPC Business and laboratory management at VBC Genomics GmbH, Rob also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Vienna. Rob's education includes a Master of Science in Molecular Genetics from the University of Vienna and coursework in Business Informatics.
