Rabih Nasrallah

Rabih Nasrallah, an accomplished hospitality professional, currently serves as the Cluster Food & Beverage Manager for Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, overseeing operations at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suites Hotel and the pre-opening of Arabian Park Dubai. With a diverse background, Rabih has held key roles such as Senior Operations Manager at Afkar Holding Careers, Food & Beverage Manager at Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort Beirut, and Director of Food And Beverage at Achour Holding, where responsibilities included the pre-opening of multiple luxury hotels and diverse dining establishments. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Consultant - Project Manager at N4TC and Managing Partner at Frida Cuisine and FNB Food & Beverage Management. Rabih holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
