Thiago Ferreira has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Thiago started as an Intern in the field of Informatics at Prefeitura municipal de Guará in 2013 and worked there until 2014. Following this, they joined Mobview as a Software Developer from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for maintaining and developing new features for the company's ERP system using technologies such as Oracle forms, PL/SQL, Delphi, and Java.
In 2016, Thiago joined FCamara Consulting & Training as a Full-stack Developer. Thiago worked on developing applications for the customer Magazine Luiza / Magalu / Luizalabs using Python, NodeJs, React.js, and PL/SQL for database management. Later, they were directly hired by the customer.
In 2017, Thiago joined luizalabs as a Full-stack Developer. Their responsibilities included backend development using Python, Nodejs, and Java, as well as frontend development using React.js. Thiago also applied Agile concepts to the workflow using the Kanban methodology.
In 2019, Thiago joined Crave as a Software Engineer. Their responsibilities included developing and maintaining the e-commerce API (Python/Django) for the company's signature product Whatsgood. Thiago also implemented integrations with payment brokers and CRM platforms, and developed workers using Python and Celery to handle distributed tasks.
Thiago transitioned into a Principal Software Engineer role at Crave in 2021. Thiago continued to perform the same activities as before but with a broader scope of work and impact within the organization. This included product scale planning and execution, leadership, recruiting, mentoring, and end-to-end delivery.
Thiago's most recent work experience is at Routable, where they started as a Staff Software Engineer in 2022. In this role, they drove the technical direction within their assigned group, ensuring that projects were completed within time and aligned with the product goals. Thiago then transitioned to the role of Staff Software Engineer/Tech Lead in 2023, where they had a direct impact on the team's workflow, improved it using agile methodologies, and served as the primary person driving alignment between the product team, management, and the technical team.
Thiago Ferreira pursued their education in the field of technology. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Universidade de Franca, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Information Systems. During this period, their primary focus was on the study of Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, Thiago attended Etec Pedro Badran, where they completed a technical course in Informatics.
