Jenna has held senior leadership positions in companies such as Rover.com, where they served as the VP & GM - Trust, Safety and Operations. Prior to that, Jenna held roles such as Senior Director, Core Product, and GM/Sr Dir, Boarding & Daycare Services at Rover.com. Jenna also has experience in operations and marketplace management as Director/Senior Director, Rover Now Operations, and Director, Marketplace Operations.

Before their time at Rover.com, Jenna co-founded Women in Tech and Finance, where they served as a Co-founder for three years. Jenna also has experience in the hospitality industry, working as the General Manager of the Florida region at HotelTonight and as a Manager in Market Strategy & Supply. Jenna started their career as an Analyst and Senior Analyst at Lighthouse Capital Partners and as a Marketing Coordinator at Enservio.

In addition, Jenna gained valuable experience through internships at ESPN and Allscripts, where they worked in radio marketing and the marketing department, respectively. Jenna also served as the Sports Director at 95.5 WBRU.
