Turki Ali

Turki Ali has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Turki is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at RUA Al Madinah Holding, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, Turki served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from September 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining RUA Al Madinah Holding, Turki worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at ALKHALEEJ TRAINING & EDUCATION from April 2019 to September 2021.

Turki also gained extensive experience at Arabic Computer Systems, where they held several positions. Turki was the Human Resources Director from July 2017 to March 2019, the HR & Admin Head from May 2016 to July 2017, and the HR & Recruitment Manager from December 2015 to May 2016.

Turki's early career includes roles such as Senior Recruitment Officer at Bank Albilad from September 2010 to October 2011, HR Manager/ HR Business Partner at AL Rajhi Capital from June 2009 to September 2010, and HR Specialist - Recruitment Department at AlRajhi Bank from September 2008 to June 2009.

Turki Ali began their education journey in 2001 when they enrolled at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM. Turki pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, completing their studies in 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Turki attended Cornell University in 2008-2009 for a course in "Selecting & Staffing."

In addition to their formal education, Turki Ali has obtained several certifications. Starting in December 2018, they completed certifications in "Employee Engagement," "Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System," and "Statistics Foundations: 1" and "Statistics Foundations: 2."
