Yousef Iqleim is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since November 2018. Previously, Yousef held the position of Executive Chef at the ATICO Fakhreldin Group, the leading restaurant group in Jordan, from April 2016 to November 2018. Additional roles include Executive Chef at Gulf Residence and Hotel Amwaj, and Chef and Producer for a live cooking show at the Information Affairs Authority. Yousef has also been involved in various culinary projects as an Ex Chef and partner at Healths Kitchen and has garnered experience at Accor Hotels in senior sous chef roles. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head Chef in charge of F&B at The Emperors Lounge and Restaurant, and Sous Chef and Chef De Partie at The White House Oxford. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Food Preparation, Catering, and Management from The Open University and an Associate's degree in Food Safety and Hygiene from the Royal Institute of Public Health.

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, a member of the EHL Network of Certified Schools, is a technical university college which provides Bachelor and Diploma programs, founded in 2008 to fulfill the vision of his Majesty King Abdullah II of having a culinary school in Jordan operating at the highest international standards, and to introduce the Swiss experience of merging practical and hands-on training with academic education.
