Hitesh Ladwa Mbcs

Hitesh Ladwa MBCS has extensive work experience in the IT field, with their most recent position being the Head of IT at the Royal Academy of Dance since 2022. As Head of IT Services at Complete Cover Group from 2012 to 2022, Hitesh coordinated IT strategies, managed IT operations, and achieved Cyber Essentials accreditation for the company. Hitesh also has experience working as part of the Service Desk Team at London 2012 and as Service Desk and Desktop Support at Guoman & Thistle Hotels. Prior to that, they served as the SAB Miller HQ - Desktop Services Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, where they led a team of desktop support engineers and managed IT procurement and customer support. Hitesh's earlier roles include being a London & SE England MIS Desktop Support Team Leader and a Desktop Support Site Team Leader at Capgemini. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills in their various roles.

Hitesh Ladwa MBCS attended Technical College from 1978 to 1979, obtaining an OND in Telecommunications. Hitesh then pursued further education at the same institution from 1979 to 1981, completing an HND in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
