Jonathan Ward

Jonathan Ward, FRAS, serves as the Viking Resident Astronomer at Viking Cruises, delivering lectures on space topics and leading discussions since March 2020. As a book author for Skyhorse Publishing, Jonathan co-authored the memoir of astronaut Eileen M. Collins, published in 2021, and has contributed to the Springer-Praxis Space Exploration series with two titles related to the Apollo Moon Program. A Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, Jonathan is the President of The Global Effectiveness Group, LLC, focusing on executive coaching and organizational development. Past roles include leadership coaching at the Center for Creative Leadership and talent management consulting at Right Management Inc. Jonathan holds advanced degrees in psychology and systems management, along with a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University.
