Richard Tilling has been with Royal Mail since March 2018, currently serving as the AVSEC & Internal Logistics Lead Manager. In this role, Richard oversees health and safety, change deployment, risk management, and cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, responsibilities include continuous improvement, resource allocation in line with workload requirements, and industrial relations resolution on shift.
