Lisa Koss

Lisa Koss, CIC, CPIA has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Lisa started as the Director of Marketing at The Starr Group in 2005, where they managed internal and external marketing functions. Lisa later worked as the Director of Marketing at WDA Insurance and Services Corp, managing marketing and communications for the company. Lisa then moved to Johnson Financial Group, where they held roles as Vice President Commercial Service and VP, Client Experience Director. Currently, they serve as the Client Experience Director - Commercial at Risk Strategies Company. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills in the industry.

Lisa Koss, CIC, CPIA received their BA in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2004. Lisa also obtained various additional certifications, including the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) in 2019 and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) in 2014. Lisa is also a Licensed Property & Casualty / Life & Health Insurance Agent in the State of Wisconsin since 2000.
