Amy Jones, SPHR, CCP has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the field of talent and organizational effectiveness. Amy currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President at RS&H, where they are responsible for leading talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President in the same company. In their previous role as the Director of Compensation at St. Luke's Health System, they successfully oversaw compensation strategies and programs. Amy has also held various roles at AECOM, including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Sr. Compensation Analyst/Lead, where they handled a wide range of HR responsibilities such as employee investigations, performance improvement plans, and benefit counseling. Amy started their career as an Employment Assistant at St. Luke's and gained experience as an HR Assistant at Healthwise. With their diverse experience and expertise, Amy is a valuable asset in driving organizational growth and maximizing employee potential.

Amy Jones, SPHR, CCP holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Boise State University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the same university from 2003 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Amy obtained the "Certified Change Practitioner" certification from Prosci in 2016, the "Senior Professional in Human Resources" certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2014, the "Safety Trained Supervisor (STS)" certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2013, and the "Certified Compensation Professional" certification from WorldatWork in 2009.
