Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the same university from 2003 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Amy obtained the "Certified Change Practitioner" certification from Prosci in 2016, the "Senior Professional in Human Resources" certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2014, the "Safety Trained Supervisor (STS)" certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2013, and the "Certified Compensation Professional" certification from WorldatWork in 2009.
