Babitha Louis Mapranath

Babitha Louis Mapranath has significant experience in the field of business analysis and tax process & technology. They started their career at Accenture in 2006 as a Business Analyst, working on projects involving requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of applications in Microsoft technologies using Business Intelligence. In 2016, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Business Analyst, where they were responsible for stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, systems analysis, UML modeling, and prototyping, among other tasks. They also lead workshops and interview sessions with stakeholder groups to perform effective Enterprise Analysis. Currently, Babitha holds the position of Tax Process & Technology Director at RSM Canada, starting in 2021.

Babitha Louis Mapranath completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, between the years 2002-2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Babitha achieved the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in October 2020. In the same month and year, they also earned the SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. In October 2015, Babitha obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in January 2015, they obtained the Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) from IIBA.
