Ryan Frederiksen

Ryan Frederiksen has a diverse work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Ryan began their career at UPS in 2003, where they served as an Operations Supervisor for almost five years. In 2008, they joined Ruan Transportation Management Systems as a Logistics Specialist. Over the years, they held various roles within the company, including Senior Logistics Analyst, Project Manager - Continuous Improvement, Logistics Manager, Director of Logistics, and Director of Operations. From 2016 to 2023, they served as Vice President Operations, National Accounts, where they were responsible for managing transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations for multiple national accounts. In 2023, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, Managed Transportation, a role they continue to hold. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in P&L management, safety, contract negotiations, network strategy and optimization, continuous improvement, and customer service.

Ryan Frederiksen attended Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. In 2010 and 2011, Ryan returned to Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business to further their education. Ryan earned another Bachelor's degree, this time focusing on Management Information Systems and Finance.
