Patricia Olivero

Patricia Olivero has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, and Management. Patricia began their career in 2005 as an HR In-plant at AD Sourcing. In 2006, they took on roles as a Human Resources and Administration Consultant at Olivero Consultores, an Ejecutivo de Servicio - Consultoria at Grupo Tress Internacional, and a Teacher at Universidad del Desarrollo Profesional. From 2009 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Human Capital Manager and HR Manager at Tiempo Development Mexico. In 2018, they became the Talent and HR Manager at EZ Travel Lufthansa City Center, and in 2019 they were the Management Director at Vugo Mexico. In 2020, they became the Human Resources Manager at Hospital San Diego de Alcalá and in 2022 they are set to become the HR Manager at RUI.

Patricia Olivero has a diverse educational background. In 1999, they obtained a Business Administration degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Science in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool. In 2017, they completed a Post Degree - Diplomado in Strategic Training for High Performance Managers-Formacion Estrategica para Gerentes Alto Desempeño from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2019, they obtained a Diplomado en Liderazgo y Desarrollo Directivo from Ponce Consejeros in the field of Liderazgo y Desarrollo Directivo.
