Bill Wheeler

Bill Wheeler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bill began their career as an Audit Supervisor at Fox & Company in 1979 and then worked as an Audit Senior Manager at Arthur Young from 1984 to 1988. In 1988, they served as the California Divisional Controller at Packaging Industries Group. Later, they became the Chief Financial Officer and Controller at March Industries, Inc., a consumer package goods manufacturer that was eventually sold to Chevron Chemical Company, where they then worked as a Business Manager. In 1990, they joined Pacific States Leasing as a Corporate Controller and later became a Self Employed CPA in 1995, specializing in accounting, income taxes, and financial services for individuals, contractors, and non-profit organizations. Finally, they joined Ruiz Foods in 2006 as the Vice President and Corporate Controller.

Bill Wheeler earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Fresno, from 1977 to 1979. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business/General Ed from College of the Sequoias from 1975 to 1977. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California State Board of Accountancy in 1981 and the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from AICPA in 2012.
